Inside the Garden are structures such as the Lawton Park n' Ride building and the Universidad de Manila, Statue of Sebastian Vidal[5] by Enric Clarasó in the botanical garden & Alexander Pushkin Monument in Manila.[6]. Until the 1960s, the Mehan Garden was a functioning park that was open to people until neglect slowly crept in and decay finally killed the place. [7] Mehan Gardens is near Padre Burgos.
