lack of crisp/sharpness of E-M1 images

Without commenting on anyone else's photos, and instead commenting only on those taken by me with my E-M1, I'm not satisfied with the sharpness of my images taken with lenses that by all accounts are capable of crisp/sharp resolution, namely 7-14, 35-100 and 12-40, when those lenses are stopped down to recommended aperture for optimum images. I have the camera set to 0sec anti shock, and when shooting on tripod IBIS is turned off. If you look at some of the images I've posted, I think you'll agree I'm not a novice.

On the other hand, I'm seeing some very sharp images taken with the Sony A7rII. Check out some of them at the links in this post: http://www.dpreview.com/forums/post/56480681

From the moment of first shooting with the E-M1 after having sold my Nikon 800 to buy it, I've been vaguely dissatisfied with my images (although I've loved the portability and handling of the E-M1). Then, the other day when I looked at the images in that post, it was an aha moment for me.

So do you think the problem is how I'm using my equipment or processing my images, or would you say that the Sony A7rII with the native FE lenses are simply capable of taking sharper/crisper images than my current gear?
