Singapore tops OECD's global school rankings list

The biggest ever global school rankings have been published by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), comparing how well teenagers perform in maths and science tests in 76 countries.

The top five places are taken by countries in Asia, with Singapore in first place.

And for the first time these expanded education league tables include countries in Africa and Latin America.
