100-400 in spring?

And when someone talked that Olympus 150-400mm f/4 or 150-450mm f/4 would have a demand because working TC14 support, so many hanged from it. Couple months later Panasonic announces 100-400mm f/4-6.3 and people wish that it would be f/4 to 3/4 of its focal length range and not until then drop to higher aperture ratios.

And yet people are ready to carry and willing to buy that objective from Panasonic.

For me the 1.3EV difference is big (f/4 vs f/6.3) and so would for many others, so the dream to have a 300mm f/4 in this Panasonic objective is very understandable, as then the 100-300mm focal length range would make it far better choice than Olympus 300mm f/4 PRO will come to be, as there would always be the emergency/good situation 300-400mm f/4-6.3 range if 300mm f/4 isn't enough. And again in these 300mm vs 400mm focal length ranges to see a good difference, it needs to be doubled so 300mm vs 400mm is nothing, but 300mm vs 600mm would be benefitical.

The Panasonic wakes many to store money to get this one if the price is acceptable to each of us.
