New Techart EOS-NEXIII adapter opens up Phase AF with A7/A7-2/A6000?

Guys please read the official Techart 3 adapter chart and description here. Are they saying they figured out and opened up Phase AF on A6000/A7/A72 alike A7RII with Canon EF lenses???? There are a lot of typos in English translation but still.... maybe I am not reading it correct. I am of course more interested in A7RII adaptability with those Canon lenses that Metabones fail to phase autofocus and I am not sure there is anything different here.  But this maybe useful for owners of A7/A7-2/A6000/A5100 if proven to be true.  Or I am reading it wrong???
