We’ve all heard the analogy that we shouldn’t judge books by their covers, but in reality, it’s obviously something we all do. Designers are paid tidy sums to create eye catching book designs, and some of the best books I’ve read drew my eye because they had great covers. Others became favourites the instant I read their first sentence.
