It seems that you really have lenses covering the range you need and just want to blow some cash. If you think the Tokina is not too sharp, then look at a wide angle zoom such as a 16-35 or 17-40 ...

I have this lens. How slow a shutter speed you can hand-hold depends on several factors, the main ones being: (1) Focal length. You can use a lower shutter speed at 24mm than at 70 mm.
