The Referring Provider Office at Mayo Clinic is a resource for all providers outside Mayo Clinic, whether you're getting in touch with Mayo for the first time or have an ongoing relationship with us and our providers.

The physician liaison staff in our office can:

• Facilitate patient referrals to one of Mayo Clinic's three main campus locations
• Arrange to visit your office
• Connect you with appropriate Mayo staff to answer your questions about continuing medical education courses, fellowship training and clinical trials
• Serve as a point of contact for other Mayo Clinic non-appointment-related questions
