Resurgent phoenix This would seem to affect people who may want to rent for six months as opposed to 90 days. Some people have two residents and live in each six months of the year.

kq4ym Governments will often get between property owners and the general public under the theory that some regulation is needed to protect consumers. Maybe it's rightly so in San Francisco and other cities...
