1. Update your doors
Your doors can be so much more than purely functional. In fact, they’re literally the gateway to your style, so set the tone at the start.
Any door can be given a colourful makeover. In this case, a low diagonal pattern, but you could easily go for wide stripes either horizontally or vertically – it just depends on how much of the door’s detail you want to obscure or highlight. From a colour perspective, it’s fun to push the boundaries in such a small space. Challenge yourself!
