Healthy People 2020
Healthy People provides science-based, 10-year national objectives for improving the health of all Americans. For 3 decades, Healthy People has established benchmarks and monitored progress over time in order to encourage collaborations across sectors, guide individuals toward making informed health decisions, and measure the impact of prevention activities.

Community Health Status Indicators (CHSI)
The goal of Community Health Status Indicators (CHSI) is to provide an overview of key health indicators for local communities and to encourage dialogue about actions that can be taken to improve a community's health.  The CHSI report contains over 200 measures for each of the 3,141 United States counties.

Mobilizing Action toward Community Health (MATCH)
Provides communities with reliable, comprehensive information about their present health status in the form of the nation's first-ever County Health Rankings, which will be updated each year

The Health Indicators Warehouse is a collection of health indicators from a wide array of HHS data sources that are maintained to support researchers, technology developers and policymakers.

Community Issues Management (CIM)
Community Issues Management (CIM), supported by the University of Missouri, is a web-based system designed for local and regional organizations, community partnerships or coalitions to frame, manage, and take action on complex issues.  CIM Partner Organizations can build on the wealth of national data already available in CIM by dynamically integrating their local and regional data into the system.
