Circuit style outdoor workout
Want to say goodbye to the winter belly? My simple circuit style workout will have your muscles and your heart rate pumping by alternating upper and lower body parts. This will increase your metabolic rate to put you into a higher state of recovery and have you burning fat. After a brief warm-up, try this circuit workout, by running through each exercise performing the required reps. Rest for 30-60 seconds (depending on your fitness level) and repeat five sets through. Combine this with an excellent diet that’s high in protein, fruit and vegetables and low in fat, and you’re on your way to fitting into last year’s pants when summer comes back!
