On January 2nd, evil comes home again in The Woman in Black 2: Angel of Death. The sequel, which stars Phoebe Fox, Jeremy Irvine and Helen McCrory, revisits the dreaded Eel Marsh House during WWII when a group of children are unfortunately evacuated there after London is devastated by a bombing attack. Thinking they’re finally safe, the new inhabitants of the haunted dwelling soon realize that sinister forces are at work after a string of unexplained deaths occur.

Daily Dead recently had the opportunity to speak with Irvine, one of The Woman in Black 2’s co-stars, about his experiences working on the film, the legacy of The Woman in Black and more.

The first wide theatrical release of 2015 will be next Friday's "The Woman in Black 2: Angel of Death". The supernatural sequel is set four decades after the events of the Daniel Radcliffe-led first film and follows what happens when the London Blitz forces a group of orphaned children to move into the now abandoned Eel Marsh House.

Soon, caretaker Eve (Phoebe Fox) starts to suspect the horror of the house as the children disappear one by one. Jeremy Irvine plays a pilot whom she enlists to help discover the truth, and he also narrates this clip which goes into the terrifying origins of the 'Woman' herself.

The Woman in Black 2 Angel of Death will be the first new release to hit theaters in 2015, set 40 years after the original thriller The Woman in Black, which starred Daniel Radcliffe. To give fans some additional insight into the title character, a new motion comic has debuted, narrated by the sequel's star Jeremy Irvine, who plays a British pilot that sees the horrors of the Eel Marsh House for himself. This motion comic tells the succinct story of two sisters, one of whom took the other's illegitimate child. But before the mother could be reunited with her son once again, tragedy struck, leading to The Woman in Black's terrifying origins.

For the upcoming sequel, The Woman in Black 2 Angel of Death, director Tom Harper is taking audiences back to the ill-fated Eel Marsh House after things go horribly wrong for a group of children who are evacuated there to escape the horrors of war. Unbeknownst to them and their caretakers, Eel Marsh House is anything but a safe haven and soon, an evil force is reawakened, forcing them to deal with a supernatural entity that will stop at nothing to destroy them.
