Is the applicant required to fill out any form?

Yes, a (simple) application form is yet to be issued. On this form, the applicant will have to provide the following information (which will be detailed on the form): - personal data (name, home address, date of birth) - type of company for which the license is applied for. Examples: real estate agent's office, souvenir store, bicycle factory, guesthouse, hotel with X rooms. - education received; - any experience with managing a business; - investment needed to start up the new company; - financial resources available to be used for the new company; - projected location of the company (if known).
