Olympus auto ISO question

Neither the E-M1 nor the E-M5II has a minimum shutter speed setting with auto ISO. When shooting in aperture priority mode, how do those cameras set shutter speed? My a6000 uses the 1/35mm-equivalent-focal-length rule, unless ISO would drop below the minimum set, at which time, it increases the shutter speed. Do the Olympus cameras do the same?

I find the lack of a more useful auto ISO implementation in both brands hard to understand.
