'Krypton' Being Developed For Syfy

David S. Goyer, the screenwriter behind "Man of Steel," and Ian Goldberg are heading back in DC Comics Universe time with a pre-Superman series being developed for Syfy -- "Krypton."
Set long before Clark Kent was filing copy at the Daily Planet, Krypton will follow the story of Superman's grandfather, who "brings hope and equality to Krypton" and works on "turning a planet in disarray into one worthy of" being the birthplace of Superman, according to a description from the cable network.
Goyer and Goldberg serve as executive producers on the show, which is being developed with Syfy ...

The "Tonight Show" host showed off pictures of his newborn daughter on Monday night, and the show Tweeted a photo collage of the baby.
"Jimmy shows off pictures of his brand new daughter, Frances Cole Fallon! #FallonTonight," the Tweet read.

Two of the pics showed Frances sleeping, while another showed the baby with her eyes open. A fourth shot showed Jimmy, wife Nancy Juvoven and the couple's first daughter, Winnie Rose, 1.

Millions of fans went full-on Tusken Raider after the release of the "Star Wars: Episode VII -- The Force Awakens" teaser trailer -- "Star Wars" creator George Lucas, not so much.
The director was asked by Page Six if he was curious about new director J.J. Abrams' take on the beloved franchise and George reportedly replied, "Not really."
Before we say, "We've got a bad feeling about this," the filmmaker also explained that he has yet to see the 88-second teaser, which has been viewed over 100 million times.

Lifetime's two-part mini-series "The Red Tent" continues Monday night on the network, starring Morena Baccarin, Rebecca Ferguson and Iain Glenn.
Based on the best-selling book by Anita Diamant, the story tells the tale of Dinah (Rebecca), the daughter of Israelite father Jacob (Iain), and his four wives, including her birth mom Leah (Minnie Driver), and her influential second mom, Rachel (Morena).
Part 1 focused on Jacob's marriages and Dinah's upbringing, as Jacob's only daughter took after Rachel, falling in love with her passion for midwifery. She took after her in other ways as well, including following her heart.
