Bradford Lee, Kissinger Chair in Foreign Policy

Bradford LeeThe accomplished scholar of foreign policy, military strategy and international relations will spend six months at the Kluge Center researching an ambitious book project examining the results and costs of American military intervention in the 20th century. Lee is the Emeritus Philip A. Crowl Professor of Comparative Strategy at the U.S. Naval War College.

New Director, Jane McAuliffe

Jane McAuliffeLibrarian of Congress James H. Billington has appointed Dr. Jane McAuliffe as director of The John W. Kluge Center and head of the Library’s Office of Scholarly Programs. McAuliffe is the immediate past president of Bryn Mawr College and former distinguished visiting scholar at the Kluge Center.

Digital Studies Fellow, Wendy Fok

Jane McAuliffeThe first-ever Kluge Fellow in Digital Studies, Fok arrived in November and will research the intersection of architecture, design and law. Fok is a doctoral candidate at Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design and an Assistant Professor at the University of Houston’s Hines College of Architecture.
