Curse Support

Shankill December 21, 2014 News / Events

The events are started on different days for each region.  Depending on which server you play on depends on when keys will be sent out. Release dates are as followed:

  • NA (US/CAN) and EU (HI-Rez) on Friday the 19th.
  • BR (Level Up) on Monday the 22nd.
  • Latam (Level Up) on Tuesday the 23nd.

If you have played 5 (five) games of Smite already since Friday the 19th, you only need to play 1 (one) more game to receive a key for BR/Latam server.

After completing your required number of games using Curse Voice -- due to the amount of players, it can take the database a few to email you your key.  So receiving your key may not be instant (you should receive it within 24 hours*).

Make sure your email is up to date and is correct on both your Smite account and Curse Voice account.  Also make sure that you allow for emails from Curse (noreply@curse.com), and set a filter to prevent emails from Curse from being sent to your spam/junk box if you haven't already.

* if you region's event has started, and your GeoIP is in the same region as the server you play (e.g., US IP on HI-Rez server).

REWARDS PAGE

If you haven't received your email you can also check the Curse Voice's Smite Rewards Page.

 > > > > > > http://beta.cursevoice.com/games/smite/keys < < < < < <

This page will show all the rewards you have earned for Smite, and their keys.  Look for the one labeled "Apollo Skin" and the key below it is the one you will want  (Try hitting ctrl + shft + del and clear your browser cache as well) .

SUBMIT A TICKET

Please note that we cannot detect which game server you play on, so you will receive rewards based on your GeoIP.  If you are on BR or Latam, but play on HI-Rez or vise verse you will need to submit a ticket so that we can manually grant you a key for the server you play on.  To make sure the process is as quick as possible please please make sure you note that you are a "BR/Latam player playing on NA/EU server" (or vise verse) in your ticket, and that you are needing assistance with the Apollo Skin or Gems or both in the subject.  Please also make sure you are submitting your ticket from the email/ Curse account that is associated with your Curse Voice account you used to earn the reward.

Please DO NOT make multiple tickets.  If you are needing assistance with both the Apollo Skin and Gems submit them in one ticket and let us know.  This will allow us to assist you with both of them at the same time instead of you having to wait.

It is currently during the holiday season and this is a popular event;
please allow time for an agent to get to your ticket to assist you. Someone will be with you as soon as possible.  Thank you for your patience.

PROMOTIONS

Curse is running two Promotions at this time one for 200 Gems and one for the Apollo Skin.  The 200 Gem Promotion has been running since July/Sept.  There is only one Curse Gem Code per SMITE Account.  Some of you may have already claimed you Gems.  The Apollo Promotion does not include any additional gems.

If you play on a server that is not in the same GeoIP as yourself you may have more than one Gem code.  The extra is for your account for the server in your GeoIP.  So if you are in Chili, but play on Hi-Rez servers you may have 2 codes one for Latam and one for NA/EU.

For more information check out the Curse Voice forums.

Just a quick reminder to everyone letting you know that the Support Team is going to be out of the office over the next few weeks, starting on Wednesday Dec. 24, to allow them time off to enjoy the winter holidays with family and friends.  Because of this reply times will be delayed.  So please allow several business days in addition to the normal 1-3 for a reply.  We will have abbreviated work hours after Christmas until we return to our normal business hours on Monday, January 5th, 2015; and we will respond to the tickets in the order that they were received.

Please do not make multiple tickets or bump your tickets (unless you have additional information to add). We will then assist you as soon as we can once we're back!

For those of you still looking for your Evolve Alpha invites, we just want to let you know that are definitely still being sent out.  They just aren't sent out immediately, and are in a rolling fashion.  So if you haven't received it yet it's arrival time depends on when you sign up, and the server load, at any given time, for your specific platform.

Please, also be aware that invites will not go out while they know servers for your platform are down.

For more information or to stay up to date with minute to minute of the alpha test head over to http://evolvegame.com/news or @EvolveGame on Twitter.
