The body of 27-year-old Carmen Yarira Esparza Noriega, a brunette beauty who according to her friends aspired to be an actress, was found in a drinking water tank just before Christmas, Fox News Latino reports. She had been missing since February. Per the report, city health officials found her decomposed body after residents at the Grand Chapuletepec apartment complex complained that their drinking water tasted strange.
