Adult Swim

Across November 2014, Adult Swim ranked as basic cable's #1 network in total day among adults 18-24, adults 18-34 and men 18-24.

Inuyasha: The Final Act (Saturdays, 2a) was #1 in its time period among adults 18-24 & men 18-24, with premieres up among adults 18-49 and men 18-24 vs. year ago.

 

 

TBS

With one month left to go in the year, TBS continues to rank as basic cable's #1 entertainment network in primetime delivery of adults 18-49 for the year-to-date.

 

Friday night's new episode and encore telecast of Deal With It drew a preliminary audience of 1.3 million viewers in Live + Same Day delivery, an increase of +17% over the prior week. Across all plays and platforms, Deal With It is averaging a reach of 2.6 million viewers per episode for the season-to-date.

 

The Big Bang Theory on TBS continued its reign last week, claiming all 10 of basic cable's Top 10 sitcom telecasts for the week among total viewers and adults 18-49.

 

 

Cartoon Network

In November, Cartoon Network continued to be the only major kids network that has seen ratings growth throughout the year.

For November 2014, Cartoon Network was #1 in total day delivery among boys 6-11 & 9-14 and early prime (6p-8p) among all targeted boys, Total Day delivery grew year over year among kids 2-11 up by 15%, kids 6-11 by 21%, and kids 9-14 by 23%. Prime was also up by 2% among kids 2-11, 1% among kids 6-11 and 9% among kids 9-14.

Cartoon Network was the #1 destination among kids 9-14 on Thursday Night (6-8p), with the night growing across all key demos, ranging from +28% to +58%. All Thursday premieres ranked #1 in their respective time periods on basic cable among all targeted boys and were up by double and triple-digits among all targeted demos vs. the same time period year ago, ranging from +31% to +141%.

Saturday Morning saw year-to-year gains among all targeted demos, ranging from +9% to +17%. Sonic Boom (7a) and Pokemon the Series XY (8a) premieres ranked #1 in their respective time periods among boys 6-11/9-14. Premieres of both series were up across all targeted demos vs. the same time period year ago, ranging from +46% to +73%.

 

 

TNT

TNT's winter premiere of Major Crimes drew 5.6 million viewers in Live + 3 delivery last Monday, with 1.9 million adults in 25-54 and 1.4 million adults 18-49. So far, the premiere has reached 6.6 million viewers for its premiere, encore and multi-platform plays.

 

Saturday night's Transporter The Series season premiere and encore telecast averaged an initial audience of 1.3 million viewers in Live + Same Day delivery.  With additional DVR, replays and multiplatform viewing included, Transporter The Series is averaging a reach of 3.3 million viewers for the fall.

 

Friday night's episode of On the Menu has so far garnered 747,000 viewers in Live + Same Day delivery for the premiere and encore. Season-to-date, On the Menu is averaging a reach of 2.4 million viewers per episode across all plays and platforms.

 

 

NBA TV

Through the first month of the season, NBA TV Fan Night has averaged 514,000 total viewers for its four regular season telecasts, +43% among total viewers over the comparable telecasts last season. This year's NBA TV Fan Night coverage has also delivered gains across all key demos, including +55% among adults 18-49, +52% in men 18-49 and +29% in men 18-34. Through Sunday, Nov. 30, NBA TV is +14% in total day audience and +8% in primetime viewership when compared season to date with last year.
