Arkansas Travelers (1884-1885)
The Arkansas Travelers were an amateur baseball team based in Little Rock, AR from 1884-1885. Home games were played at Association Park.History
The team was sponsored by the Arkansaw Traveler paper written by famous author Opie Read, but had no historical connection to later minor league teams in Little Rock with similar names.
The team's uniforms consisted of steel-grey pants, red stockings, white shirts and caps.
