10a.m. ET, the U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder will deliver the keynote address at the September 11th Tenth Anniversary Commemorative Wreath laying Ceremony held at the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial in Washington, D.C. The ceremony will honor the 72 officers killed on September 11, 2001. This ceremony is open to the public and to the media.
