Whitney Harb

Image Whitney A. Harb, born February, 15th, 1893 in Rector, AR, was a professional baseball player. He played with the Hattiesburg club of the 1911 Cotton States League.

Biography
Harb married Louisa Worthen in 1914, daughter of William Booker Worthern, a member of the Dixie Baseball Club. After Louisa died, Harb married famous female golfer Helen Hicks on his 45th birthday in 1938. The two divorced in 1948 and Harb later married Juanita Stevens Harb.

Harb died November 24th, 1954 in Camden, AR. He was buried in Roselawn Memorial Park, in Little Rock, AR.
