I tried Tai Chi about a year ago and each time, I became so dizzy that I had to stop. Also, since this type of exercise involves the upper body I was having shortness of breath. (the main muscles affected by PD have always been the group involved with breathing). So, I have stopped doing it and am sticking to taking 1 - 2 walks per day, about a 1/2 mile each time.
