I just started taking this medication about two weeks ago, after my worst relapse since I was diagnosed with MS. I find that it DOES give me more energy. However, I think the side effects may be bothering me: shakiness, weakness, hand temors... am going to talk to my doctor to see what he wants me to do.

I have fatigue associated with MS. They tried me on this drug for over 2 months at different dosages and scheduling and it had zero effect on my level of fatigue. I finally just quit taking it. I found it to be useless.
