I am hoping I can find others out there that can share how they've dealt with EAS. It's my understanding that this is a rare condition that occurs in 1 of 100,000 people.
I look forward to any and all replies.
Thank you.View Thread

Here is some information that I found about frozen veggies that I think you will find helpful in answering some of your questions. It says that "nutritionally speaking, frozen veggies are similar to -- and sometimes better than -- fresh ones." The article includes more information as well as some top picks for frozen vegetables you can find in your supermarket. You may also want to post your question in our Diet Community and Food & Cooking Community , where you may get more opinions and answers from other Community members.

I have suffered from extreme stress/anxiety for many years after the murder of a good friend. The first episode was the worst with strange sensations, pain in different parts of the body, seeing migraine-like lights in my field of vision, loosing my memory for short periods and much more. Through it all, I saw Doctors and sought counceling but was so afraid of losing control that I wouldn't agree to try any medication for this problem. My point is that pain can be caused by stress in even the most normal of us.
You should see a Doctor now to rule out any physical causes of your pain. If there turn out to be none, don't be afraid to see someone you can talk to. This could help you a great deal, it did me. I eventually tried the drug Zoloft which started helping after a couple of weeks. My anxiety diminished my panicky thoughts became less immobilizing and so did the physical pains.
I hope this will help you to know you are not the only one this has happened to and that there is hope for you to feel well again.
Good luck, HeidiView Thread
It sounds to me you have a serious case of sleep apnea. If you have not yet be assessed for it I think you better do it pretty soon as you may fall asleep at the wheel and have an accident (kill yourself and/or others).
I have sleep apnea and have been using a CPAP for about 10 years. You "may" also have fibromyalgia - if you have other symptoms with this.
Good luck and take care of yourself.View Thread
ok tests:
a)sedimentation rate mine =12 out of 20
I think some people these are to check for inflammation. b) ALT: MINE=11 OUT OF 10-48 U/l
c) Ast: mine=19 out of 13-43 U/l
d) CRP: mine=<.04 out of 0.0-0.8 mg/dl
e) VITD25: mine=39.6 out of 30-100.0 ng/ml
f) CK: mine=53 out of 26-212 U/L
G) TSH: mine: 1.710 out of .350-5.5 uIU/ml
h) FT: mine= 1.0 out of 0.8-1.8 ng/dl
I) TT3: mine=109.0 out of 60.0-180.0 ng/mL
j) VITB12: mine=592.0 out of 200-944.0 pg/mL
k) RF(RHEUMATOID arthritis FACTOR QUANT): MINE=7 out of 15
l) ANA=MINE=negative
Question is what should be improved or watched for a patient with spinal issues and fibro? My RF factor was about a 2 in 2007. The primary care just huffed & told me the tests were all normal. I am wondering about the Rf increase. Obviously the vitamin D, and the T4(which has always been lowish).
The psychiatrist gave me a script for a T3 supplement (a low dose).
DOES ANYBODY HAVE ANY INPUT? I'd like to understand some of why they chose some of these tests. But also how could they be improved? besides me finding a new Primary care physician. Lol
.
thanks!View Thread
I think that it would be a good idea to at least make an appointment with your doctor to determine if an x-ray is necessary. You do not want to make your injury worse if there is the possibility that you have a fracture from your fall. Here are some symptoms of fractures you might find helpful. Do you have any swelling or bruising? Please keep us updated on what you find.

You might try posting your question over in our Skin Problems & Treatments Community (if you haven't already done so). The members and our expert over there may have some insight or experience with what you are experiencing. To post, follow the link above and take the same steps you did to post here. I hope you are able to find what is causing your itching!
