I'm not looking to extend my life, although that's fine if that happens. What I'm looking to do is being able to enjoy my remaining years with as much vigor as possible! At my age I am still finding that my body can learn to do new things -- I really enjoy that!View Thread
About once every six weeks to two months I cut all my chest hair down to a half inch. That leaves enough for a general furry mat without hiding any muscle definition. Armpits are trimmed to a quarter inch with extra hair extending outside the pit trimmed where they would poke out. My pubes I trim once a quarter or so down to a half-inch while I try to shave my 'frank and beans' twice a week to get that nice silky feeling and to present them in their full size.
Recently I found I had become too busy to shave my cock and balls and found that in a matter of a couple months the whole area had become overrun with hair! I was amazed after shaving it again how much bigger everything looked as well as how wonderful it felt. Since I'm a nude sleeper I just couldn't keep my hands off of it that first night after shaving again, a very pleasant experience for me.
One time a number of years ago I experimented with shaving virtually everything below my neck. It was interesting but took too much time to keep up. And I felt I needed to keep it up if I were going to do it at all. Shaved forearms look OK but forearm stubble just doesn't work! I remember wearing long sleeve shirts exclusively for a couple of weeks while the arm hair was growing back in.View Thread
Many guys don't realize how sensitive their rear end is and that it is capable of providing so much pleasure. One can be completely straight and still be able to be stimulated to ejactulation from the rear end --as happened to you.
It's too bad that you weren't able to just let go and enjoy the experience! You certainly are not a freak -- just a guy whose equipment is in good working order. And there's no need to go after more of these orgasms unless you'd like to. There is a tool called the Aneros which you could obtain through the net if you'd like to explore more of these feelings by yourself. It can be a real eye-opener.View Thread
Then there are people like me who have a majority opposite-sex attraction and have a traditional family structure and yet we accept, nurture and treasure that small part of us which is same-sex attracted since that is a basic part of our make-up and who we are. The time has gone to worry about such things -- there are so many other things which are of so much greater significance in life. I look forward to the day when each man accepts himself as he is and his brothers as they are and we go on together to build a better-functioning society with thoughtfulness and respect for all.View Thread
Mine was a blue 1963 (I think) Mercury Comet -- really loved it but all of a sudden realize I'm not exactly sure of its age which I guess says something about mine!View Thread
The bench press is OK but dumbbells do work on some of the smaller muscles better and give you increased range of motion. Also you can make sure that both sides work equally so that you can get better symmetry.View Thread
Doing it every day should not be a problem. Doing it twice a day would probably not be a problem, either. In fact, it could be rather nice. When is it a problem? When it interferes with your normal daily activities and takes place of having contact with other people. But it's a complicated issue.
By itself being aroused, taking matters into your own hands and getting relaxation and relief is something all guys do. And it should be an enjoyable part of your day!
Please ask more questions if you still have some things you're wondering about. Chances are more than one of us have already gone through what you're doing through now.
Take care!View Thread
If an overweight guy loses thirty or so pounds his penis will appear to become about one inch longer. There can be no better reason for a guy to stay on a weight-loss regimen (I prefer not to call it a diet, although that's what it is) than that!
I've lost about 50 pounds in the past year and half under a controlled/supervised program. I enjoy the increased energy, endurance, better health and appearance. But I really enjoy having a penis which looks over an inch longer!View Thread
First of all let me say something you already know: losing weight and whipping yourself into shape is not easy or quick. But it can be done. My first thought is about what you're having to eat in the evening: the rest of the day may be OK but I think all of us tend to overdo it in the evening. I heard someone say recently that what we eat after 3:00 pm determines the size of our waistline (which, by the way, should not be more in inches than one half of your height -- I know, that can be hard to achieve!)
I've lost about 75 pounds since my highest weight and still have about 10 pounds more I'm fighting with. And I know I need to cut down on bodyfat percentage if the muscles I've developed are going to show. I can eat anything I want but the big word is "OR". I just can't eat all the things I want on the same day -- I have to have this OR that OR that, and probably in a smaller portion than I might like.
Smaller portions of high-calorie or high-fat treats can be hard to get used to, I know. I now limit myself to two drinks or two beers an evening. A meat portion should be no larger than your fist or a deck of cards. All that nutritional good junk which you have been hearing is largely true and if you choose to follow it I bet you'll be delighted with the results.
Like workouts --which continue to be important -- your food intake needs structure and monitoring. Record keeping can help with both. Perhaps a new food program and/or a new workout routine could help. Getting a buddy to do either or both along with you can be a great boost.
Please give these ideas I've set out a try and get back to me in two or three weeks. I bet you'll be pleased with your progress!View Thread
