      The expectd possession date for Casa Royale is Dec 2015. Will it surely be delivered by then? Or should I Keep some grace time before planning to shift there? Are there any delays happening in the project?

      I booked a flat on Nov'12 from Builder Eartcon in their project Casa Royale at Noida Extension at a BSP of Rs 3,166 per sq ft, all inclusive. Could anyone advise me on the builder's reputation and credibility? Will they deliver the project on time? Is it good for investment at this rate and should ...
