CSO's Two-Year Report discusses the bureau's work so far and its approach for the coming year. The support CSO has received from more than 20 U.S. ambassadors and their embassies is the best evidence that crisis response and conflict reduction are centerpieces of U.S. diplomacy. Increasingly, colleagues are turning to CSO for assistance.
