Johns Hopkins Medicine is pleased to offer free in person and online seminars throughout the year featuring our own experts who present the latest information on a variety of health topics. Each seminar is interactive and followed by a Q&A session with the presenter.
Online seminars: Each online seminar is live and consists of a 30 minute presentation followed by a 30 minute interactive question-and-answer session with the physician. Enjoy the presentations anywhere in the world, from the comfort of your own home, at no cost. Internet connection is required.
In person seminars: Local to the Baltimore, Md area? Join us for free in person seminars for a chance to connect with physicians and hear about the latest health information face-to-face.
Online Seminars
Learn about surgical options for weight loss. Join Johns Hopkins bariatric surgeon, Dr. Michael Schweitzer, for a discussion about different surgical procedures and the risks and benefits of bariatric surgery.

The Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center on the Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center campus is hosting a free Cancer Fair open to the public.
The Cancer Fair will offer an overview of cancer programs, services, information, education and multidisciplinary approaches to managing cancer treatments and caring for patients. Free services available at the Fair include blood pressure screenings, body mass index calculation, glucose test and cholesterol test.
