Duquesne announces women's non-conference schedule

Duquesne announced its upcoming women's basketball non-conference schedule.

The Dukes slate includes 13 games, including four in a row against local rivals Pitt (at home, Dec. 7), at West Virginia (Dec. 10), at Robert Morris (Dec. 14) and at home against Saint Francis (Dec. 18).

Duquesne opens the season with two games at Palumbo Center -- 2 p.m. Nov. 16 against Princeton of the Ivy League and 7 p.m. Nov. 19 vs. ACC power Syracuse.

The Dukes' other non-conference home game is Dec. 3 against Kent State.

After Thanksgiving, Duquesne will play in the two-day Ball State tournament Nov. 29-30. Jackson State and Murray State also are scheduled for the event.
