The Census Bureau requested a proposal from the prime contractor for ARRA-funded Media Costs for the 2010 Census Communications Campaign. The contractor is required to submit a basis of estimate to establish the ceiling price for media properties to be funded through ARRA for the 2010 Census Communications Campaign. The media procuered through ARRA funds will extend the reach of the base plan by bolstering the effort against base plan audiences via more media weight and reaching additional audiences not covered by the base campaign.
