FIX YOUR ACCOUNT LOGIN!
You keep prompting me for user ID and PW when I click on certain articles and it tells me they're invalid. There is no place to request a reset. THEN I find another place to reset it, reset it properly, and I STILL get the error that it's invalid. How can I call you and complain in person! It's all I can do to not let the F-word fly! I pay my prescription, please do me the service of letting me sign in.

quit with the lame signups for access. we are subjected to the lame ads that you run so you get revenue. quit being so lame. fuck you.
Don't be lame with your sign up junk. Cnn, wpxi,kdka etc have free access sites that don't require signing up for and have no limit to the amount of articles one can view. You get plenty of revenue from ads on your lame site. But ad sales are contingent on viewers ergo one less viewer, ie. Me equals less leverage for your lame site. FIX THE LOGIN - I CANNOT LOGIN - EVEN AFTER THREE PHONE CALLS
I have called three times to fix my login and it works for about a day or two and then I am not able to login. I got this subscription to support local news sources but it is getting hard to support something that does not work.

give access to ALL of the print version, including real estate transfers on saturdays!!

Won't pay to wade through endless ads and annoying poll questions to read subpar articles. The sport chat transcripts are a joke- they offer short, snide remarks and come off as though they are wasting their time with you. Will never pay a penny for this. GOODBYE FOR GOOD!

figure out how to keep hard copy paper subscribers happy. Start with a workable, easy way to sync subscribers to online registration.

Create a Kindle Edition
Please create a kindle version of the paper. If a person owns an e-ink version of the kindle or nook (the most readable types of electronic tablets), you can not access the post gazette. the Post Gazette would be able to charge a monthly fee for the service. When I ride the bus or the train in the morning, most of the people reading, are reading on a kind or e-ink machine. It is a shame to leave this market untapped and unserved. I could buy a kindle subscription to the Tribune, but have so far refused to do so.…

Enable each reader to specify which type of stories are most important to him/her
Enable each reader to specify which categories of stories he/she is most interested in and put those story links at the home page for that reader. For instance, for me, healthcare, environmental and neighborhood stories might be the top categories.

The advertising on your site is beyond annoying
Perhaps the worse of any "news" site I frequent. I'm done visiting, one less page hit from me PG. Your entire advertising staff should be fired.
