User Guide
The Online Business User Guide provides our customers a description of how to use the Online Business service within the Website of Hapag-Lloyd AG.
The table of contents is structured into six sections under which you find all services of the Hapag-Lloyd Online Business.
Under each section you will find an overview description of the respective services. From here you can access the descriptions of the screen areas of each service to obtain specific information. You will find those links on the right hand side of each page.
In addition you will find at each service site a screenshot. You can click that picture to view an enlarged version. To return, click the enlarged picture to close it.
