This is a great book . its kind of not for one time reading , i dnt wanna talk abt book here , bt the the thing i wanna mention is the BINDING OF BOOK , i ordered 3 books by the same author ROBIN SHARMA, and the binding of all 3 books is very poor ,pages are apart now , so be aware of that thing guys, bt anyhow all the books are awesome ,

This Book Describes all the features of a great Leader. It describes about difference between Leader and Manager. It includes Leadership skills and not management skills. Also the author describes it through fable and through a story which makes the book more interesting. Nice work to read.
