Highly Boring !!!,

This book was written in 80s or may be before. So, information which it contains was good for that time period. Many good books have been published since and they are much better than this. I saw Ken Blanchard interview on net and I found out that he himself does not enjoys this book anymore as it is outdated. Don't waste Money buy something else.
