How do I avail Guaranteed One/Two-Day Delivery?
The Guaranteed Delivery options of One-Day Delivery and Two-Day Delivery are available in select cities only for items
Fulfilled by Amazon . You'll see the option at checkout only if your address is eligible for this service.
Order within the time-frame mentioned on the product details page to get your items delivered on the next business day or within two business days as per your preference.
To get your order by the Guaranteed time-frame, you need to select One/Two-Day Delivery option during checkout.

What are the Terms & Conditions of Guaranteed One/Two-Day Delivery?
The options of Guaranteed One/Two-Day Delivery are subject to the following Terms & Conditions
- The guaranteed delivery options are only available for items Fulfilled by Amazon .
- Orders must be placed within the time-frame mentioned on the product details page to avail the option.
- The delivery charges for guaranteed One-Day Delivery are 99 per order. The delivery charges for guaranteed Two-Day delivery are 79 per order. However, for a limited period, this option will be available at 49 per order.
- Only certain pincodes are eligible for these options.
- To get your order within the guaranteed delivery time, you need to select the respective delivery option during checkout.
- Large and heavy items do not qualify for these options even when they are Fulfilled by Amazon
- The Delivery guarantee applies to attempted delivery by the promised date. Amazon will not be responsible to provide guaranteed delivery if the customer is not present at the delivery address to take the delivery.
- On Saturdays, deliveries are not guaranteed to establishments like offices, that might be closed.

What do I do if I don't receive the Guaranteed One/Two-Day Delivery by the promised date?
Amazon automatically refunds shipping charges if you dont get your One or Two-Day Delivery by the promised date. You can also

Why didn't my order qualify for FREE delivery?
Items Fulfilled by Amazon Your order qualifies for FREE delivery only if you choose one of the following delivery options:
2-4 Business Days or
5-10 Business Days and the order contains items Fulfilled by Amazon worth
499 or more. However, for a limited period, delivery for these options is free for all items Fulfilled by Amazon.

On which days do you not deliver?
Items are only delivered on business days. Apart from Sundays, there are certain holidays throughout the year that are not considered as business days. Deliveries will not happen on these days.

What are the available shipping speeds for seller fulfilled items?
Seller fulfilled items are dispatched directly by sellers. These items are indicated by the message "Sold and fulfilled by (seller name)".
For urban areas, you can choose from two shipping speeds:
2-4 Business Days and
4-7 Business Days. For rural areas, shipping speed is between
5-14 Business Days.
The seller may take additional time to pack and dispatch the item - this time is added to the shipping speed you choose.
Delivery charges vary by seller. Sellers usually display their delivery charges on their profile page. You can visit the page by clicking on the seller's name on the product detail page.
