Fire damages apartment above Ellwood City barber shop

A fire believed to be electrical in nature damaged an apartment above a barber shop in Ellwood City, Lawrence County, this morning.

An emergency dispatcher said the blaze was reported at about 2 a.m. at 221 5th St., above Ralph's barber shop.

No one was injured.
