beautiful! Nov. 28 2011

this faucet is AMAZING! It has the dramatic statement I was looking for and it is very well made. I am so happy with it! It is very durable and strong feeling. Our last faucets components fell apart after the first year, but it was made out of plastic. I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for something unique, usable and beautiful. It is a little costly but worth every dime. I guess you get what you pay for.

OK to update this faucet review I have no complaints about it so far. It still works very nice. But the soap dispenser that came with it is AWFUL! Does not pump the soap out of it at all! It is very disarming since the faucet itself works wonderful. But if you are going to buy this thing as a UNIT and pay EXTRA for it - don't. If the soap dispenser is important this one does not work! I am going to try and contact the seller and try and get another one. If I get one that works well I will be updating this review.

What a pleasure being at the sink. Jan. 3 2012

It is big!! But works well with the bigger sink. Being able to use two different water supplies at the same time is such a wonderful feature. No more waiting on someone to move over. So many different ways to use it, keep it on a set temperature then use each faucet independently with ease or keep faucet on and use the side single handle control. Does take a little getting used to as it will splash (it is so tall) but didn't take long to remember to keep items down in the sink. Very well built, all metal, Very well packaged, installation instructions had changed but customer service was so helpful and apologetic and guided me to their website for the revised instructions, after which installation was a breeze, highly recommend.

Good faucet March 15 2012

Installed this several months ago. Product has performed flawlessly and I've received numerous compliments on it.

So far the only problem has been that the faucet looked so much nicer than my old sink that my wife made me get a new sink to go with the faucet.

Great Faucet Jan. 4 2012
By Brian's Reviews - Published on Amazon.com

I have always wanted a commercial kitchen style faucet. The main reason is that when your cooking or cleaning dishes you can spray the plate and let go off the handle to turn it off. The residential models typically run continuously and do not offer a lever to spray and turn it off. This results is a lot of wasted water. This unit will save a lot of water and it very efficient.

This is unit is very well made and sturdy. My only complaint is that the instructions weren't clear for determining the hot and cold lines. As a result I installed the blue line on the hot water valve.

faucet is great! Sept. 19 2013

I love this faucet! I wanted to get a pro style faucet and was having a lot of trouble finding one that seemed my style and had the features I wanted. Originally I wanted to get a faucet that was just the spring arm with multi-function spray/stream on one hose, but then I came across this with the sprayer and separate faucet all on one unit. While the size seems intimidating, and it is large, once installed it looks great and the functionality of it makes it even better! Didn't take long at all the get used to the size and the only issue we have is when guests come over and are unsure where to get started turning it on.

The faucet is great because you can turn the faucet on/off in a few locations. What we do most of the time is leave the faucet in "on" position from temperature control and then use the on/off at the end of faucet arm to turn water on and off. This way the sprayer is always ready to go with the pull of the trigger. Having 2 separate faucets in one is nice too because some of the multi-function sprayers surprise you when you turn them on (meaning if it was left in spray or stream mode by last person using faucet).

The pressure out of the straight faucet arm is phenomenal. The pressure out of the sprayer arm is less. I would have liked the opposite because the sprayer is better for rinsing stubborn dishes than the faucet arm. Not sure if this is due to the travel length of water? This is the only thing I wish was improved for this faucet.

In case it's not clear in description - you can use either faucet independently or have them both on at the same time. The sprayer also has a latch on the handle so you can hold it in on position without holding the lever down yourself.
