A few evenings ago I watched an absorbing documentary called "Tribe" about the people of Anuta.I looked up the name in the atlas--a tiny speck in the Solomon Islands! It gave real meaning to the story I'd just watched.Ilove the detail in this atlas.My family will treasure this Ninth Edition for years to come.

Can usually find location of places that are in the current news, even though the location is rather obscure. I had difficulty finding Bermuda in the Atlantic Ocean. It was shown in a separate cut with some Carribean Islands, but it did say it was located in the mid- Atlantic. I enjoy using an atlas to see the big picture and also for minute details. This atlas does a better job than others in this regard.
