Air France and Montenegro Airlines have signed a code-share agreement enabling Air France to affix its code and flight numbers on flights operated by Montenegro Airlines between Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Podgorica, the capital and large city in Montenegro. From 1 July 2014, Air France will offer its connecting customers six weekly flights between Paris and Montenegro. In addition, flights to Paris-Charles de Gaulle will offer connections on Air France's global network. These flights will be operated by the Montenegrin airline by Fokker F100 and Embraer 195, with 109 and 116 seats respectively. With this codeshare agreement, customers of both airlines will benefit from new services, such as check-in to their final destination for passengers with connections. Air France passengers will earn miles on flights operated by Montenegro Airlines as part of the Flying Blue frequent flyer program.

Air France-KLM SA reported traffic results for month and year to date period ended May 2014. For the month, passengers carried were 6,700,000, revenue pax kilometers were 19,398, available seat kilometers were 23,260 and load factor was 83.4% against passengers carried of 6,701,000, revenue pax kilometers of 18,927, available seat kilometers were 23,152 and load factor of 81.8% a year ago. For the year to date, passengers carried were 30,679,000, revenue pax kilometers were 91,648, available seat kilometers were 109,990 and load factor was 83.3% against passengers carried of 30,239,000, revenue pax kilometers of 89,532, available seat kilometers were 108,887 and load factor of 82.2% a year ago.

Gilles Leclair will take over from Charles Yvinec as VP Security at Air France. The VP Security reports directly to Frederic GAGEY, Chairman and CEO of Air France. He monitors the security of operations in all countries where Air France operates and ensures that all company employees and sub-contractors comply with security procedures. A representative of the French Government, currently responsible for the coordination of security forces in Guadeloupe, he has spent his entire career at the Ministry of the Interior, where he has held many different positions. Since October 2011, Gilles Leclair has been a Senior Government representative, project manager at the Ministry of the Interior and author of a report on the impact of new information and communication technologies on security and a report on the fight against drugs. He was also Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Institute of Forensic Science.
