I was on "The Sopranos" in 2002, but you show the title as "The Sopranos" (1999). What's up?

For TV series, the year in the title is always the year the series premiered.

Most credits are now attached to one or more specific episodes, and the year range of those episodes (based on release dates) should also be shown. However, if there are no episodes, non-cast credits can have season/year information included as an attribute when the credit is submitted.
