Columbus Short is departing the hit ABC show Scandal as real-life troubles plague the actor during his ugly divorce. The Welsh classical singer, who was the Dancing with the Stars's fourteenth season runner-up in May 2012, is engaged to writer and director Andrew Levitas, reps for the couple confirm to People exclusively.
