Law Costs Draftsperson - Oxfordshire
We have an outstanding new position for a Law Costs Draftsperson to join a highly successful and established Legal 500 multi-office law firm in their Oxfordshire office.
We would encourage applications from Candidates at trainee level to five years plus experience in a wide range of Law Cost Drafts work with a main focus on Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury matters. The work will include negotiating settlement of costs, liaising with all level of fee earners, Counsel chambers and medical agencies and ensuring compliance with statutory and legislative requirements.
You should have the ability to work with a good deal of autonomy, and play a leading role within the team. You should be commercially minded with good attention to detail. ACL membership would be an advantage here.
