Further information

This company is a fast-growing, forward-thinking firm that operates an innovative new website within the recruitment industry. Based in the centre of Manchester this is a great chance to join a company where swift progression and development is entirely possible for the right candidate.

This is a graduate job. Salary: £16,000 (£30K OTE).

Key responsibilities of the role:

•Identify and target organisations that you know use recruitment agencies to hire technical/experienced staff, and introduce them to a new, easier online solution.
•Conduct online demos using screen-sharing software to show potential clients how wonderful, effective, and brilliant the company’s award-winning online products are.
•Work in partnership with the account management team to maintain and develop relationships with clients to maximise business opportunities.
•Be nice, always, through whatever form of communication being used so as to maintain and build the company’s brand positively throughout the industry in which it operates.
•Communicate and promote company products/services/events and key achievements via social media channels such as Twitter and LinkedIn.
•Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision makers within a range of SME and corporate businesses using a warm, consultative approach to build trust, gain market intelligence and influence decision-making.

Key candidate requirements for the role:

•You are genuinely friendly, warm and have an authentic approach to building lasting relationships.
•You are ambitious, driven to succeed and willing to learn fast by starting at the bottom of the sales ladder, but climbing it quickly.
•It doesn’t matter how you did at school or what sales experience you have, if any. What matters is your attitude!
•Experience in customer-facing roles, such as in retail, is a plus.
•IT literacy is important. You don’t have to be a genius, but you do have to be able to use a computer and basic software packages like Microsoft Office.
•Excellent communication skills – you must enjoy talking to people. That’s really important. Be good if you could write too.
•It’d help if you like animals. Kittens and puppies in particular. If you don’t, we’ll think you’re a bit cold and weird.
•To avoid becoming outcast, you must be a first class tea and coffee maker.
•You are bursting with enthusiasm, energy, drive and ambition!

The perks of working for this company:

•Working in a challenging, yet massively rewarding environment, where you can make a real difference and your victories will be celebrated and shared with a loyal team
•You will join a fun, friendly team and be part of an ambitious, fast-growing company.
