Noah (2014)
A man is chosen by God to undertake a momentous mission of rescue before an apocalyptic flood destroys the world.
Director:Darren Aronofsky |

The Buzz: We admire Darren Aronofsky for not playing it safe after Black Swan since his Biblical epic is a potential gamble financially, commercially, and critically, even if it's a faithful telling of the story. While it's unfair to directly compare them, if the reports of monsters and fallen angels are true, terrible word-of-mouth could result in Fountain-like situation, and quickly.
Sabotage (2014)
Members of an elite DEA task force find themselves being taken down one by one after they rob a drug cartel safe house.
Director:David Ayer |

The Buzz: David Ayer usually directs from his own screenplays, but here he's a hired gun for a fledgling movie studio looking to score a hit with an action-heavy spin on the classic Agatha Christie story. The premise seamlessly fits with the ensemble formula that has served Arnold Schwarzenegger well in his return to movies.
