SELMA, AL (WSFA) - Authorities have made an arrest in connection with a Selma night club shooting that occurred on Jan 31.

The Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested 23-year-old Damarious Pullom on Broad Street in Selma on Friday. Pullom was wanted by the Selma Police Department for "attempted murder, shooting into an unoccupied building and third degree assault." According to witnesses, the suspect began harassing and assaulting patrons of the club, left and then came back with what appeared to be an assault rifle and fired several rounds into the club.

Selma Police Officers responded to a call on March 2, in reference to Pullom being disorderly in the Jim Minor Homes housing complex. According to officials, when officers arrived on the scene the suspect and a crowd of others began throwing bottles at the officers. Police also say that several shots were fired by people in the crowd, but no officers were injured. Detectives recovered two assault rifles from under a residence near where the suspect resides.

Pullom is being held at the Dallas County Jail without a set bond.
