Singapore law practice

Singapore law practices (SLPs) primarily provide Singapore law-related services. Most SLPs comprise Singapore lawyers, while some SLPs also hire foreign lawyers to provide foreign law services. SLPs are required to structure in accordance with requirements stipulated in the Legal Profession Act as either a sole proprietorship; partnership; limited liability law partnership (LLP) or a law corporation (LLC).
