Wasted opportunity

This is a good paper and a well designed app but is very badly let down on two fronts...

1. The constant pop up ( and repetitive) adverts that completely cover the page.....They have no place on an paid for app and destroy the reading experience

2. The terrible lack of content. The Front Page may have a dozen articles on it. But then the UK News and World News pages will perhaps have ten articles each, most of which are just repeats of the Front Page. To make matters worse these are often shuffled along the page over a course of a few days with little actual new content added. The amount of actual original news on these three (primary) pages takes about five minutes to read. That is not my idea of a broadsheet

Unless there us a massive change during this free trial period there is no way i'd pay 9.99 for this app.

Please sort it out as the actual newspaper is a quality product

Ruined by ads.

Never get to read much of the paper. Put off by ads popping up all the time. Will be cancelling!
Ads worse than ever. Now an adpaper not a newspaper!

Intrusive adverts

So far, this is free. I doubt if I would pay £9.99 a month for it. My negative comments are the same as others have written about: doesn't download a full issue; articles missing; links don't work; no attempt to show 'related articles'; and, worst of all, a full page advert pops up while you're reading, completely destroying your concentration and enjoyment of the writing.

The good points are excellent content from the newspaper and very good layout.

The above issues need to be addressed before I would pay for this.
