Sports Field Rentals
The City of Arcata has beautiful, lush, green soccer fields and immaculately maintained softball and baseball fields that are available for public use. There are soccer and softball fields at both the Arcata Sports Complex and the fields at Pacific Union School. The Arcata Ballpark is available for baseball. Reservation inquiries may be made by calling the Arcata Recreation Division at 822-7091.
To make a reservation: complete and sign a Field Reservation Form, include the field rental deposit and submit it to the Arcata Recreation Division office.
Field Condition Updates
Field conditions are evaluated daily. If there is a question about the playability of a field, the determination will be made and updated at 3 p.m. If you still have a question regarding the days field use, call the Arcata Recreation Office at 822-7091 after 3 p.m., Monday-Friday.
Arcata Ball Park is located on 888 F. Street.
